When it comes to developing and implementing a sales system, the process of determining the best compensation plan is the most difficult to determine. After all, what motivates one person may have the opposite effect on others. As a result, much to my dismay, this has been a solution for which I have had no answer for my clients. Naturally, this caused me to feel both dissatisfied and curious…so I began to research the subject and prepared a white paper that covers various options…it was the least I could do!

What I am sure of though, is that whatever plan you develop, salespeople will complain about it and secondly, they will try to figure out the angles to take advantage of any weaknesses it may have.
